Maki Kagura

Maki was a woman who guarded the Yata no Kagami, one of the three sacred treasures protected by the Kagura family. She was murdered by Goenitz and entrusted her mission to her younger sister, Chizuru. In KOF 2003, Chizuru was manipulated by Botan and resurrected her sister Maki as a phantom created by the Yata no Kagami. She stands to test the strength of the tournament participants.
